I liked the location of the apartments that was all. My ceiling leaked and had water damage. It took almost 2 months for maintenance to fix the damaged ceiling. My neighbor down stairs loved to call the cops on any noise. I would run the dishwasher and the whole floor would shake and the cops would be at the door. This was the worst renting experience ever. So glad I am now a homeowner and will never rent again.
