I know 5 people who had horrible experiences with them including me. They told me I might have cancer and I had to see their specialist, who of course doesn't take insurance. I saw a doctor who did take my insurance and he said the structure was a normal structure and he had no idea what they were talking about and could not believe that a dentist would tell me that may have been cancer. I find it interesting that Rancho Dental has an employee who handles negative online comments. I've never know any other dentist who needed to do that. Obviously they know they have a problem and have no intention of correcting it. They just want us to keep others from finding out about them.
